***Soon we will email you a Scan of the Certificate with your information on it, for your approval. Once we get your approval of the wording and design of the Certificate, we will finish the lettering and prepare it for mailing.

When you are Notified the Certificate has been mailed, if you do not receive it in a timely manner, we request that you notify us first by email, before anyone else. We are happy to work it out with you :-)

Return Policy

Due to personalization, we only accept returns on Blank Certificates. However, Your Satisfaction is our Goal and if there is a problem with the Certificate we will work it out with you. Guaranteed :-) Generally, if the Blank Certificate is returned within 14 days in the same condition as you received it, and in the same shipping manner—secured between two pieces of sturdy cardboard in a manila envelope, we will be happy to refund your full payment of the item, after you email us the Delivery Confirmation number of the mailed item. We will send you payment for the return shipping cost in a separate payment to your Paypal account. Thank you :-)

Even though we collect some of your personal information for the Certificate, your information is not sold or kept on the computer for anyone else to see. Your information is promptly destroyed after each Certificate is mailed. I am pretty good at remembering names in case you buy another Certificate, but your name and other information is diamond shredded once our business transaction is finished.

Payment & Shipping

We welcome payment with Credit Card through Paypal, other Paypal Services, or Pay by Mail (email us your Order and say you are paying by mail) with a Personal Check (with 10 BUSINESS day waiting period), Money Order or Cashiers Check, in U.S. funds.

Buyer pays U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation postage/handling cost of $7.95. International First Class Mail shipped Worldwide $13.95. We Welcome International Buyer's :-)

Each Certificate is mailed inside a white protective envelope that is placed between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and securely taped to make it rigid for a safe delivery. This is not a State Certified License or Certificate.

This item will ship approx. 4-5 BUSINESS days after customer approval of wording. We will notify you when the Certificate is mailed. Allow another 3 BUSINESS days for First Class Mail delivery. International First Class Mail shipped Worldwide (delivery time varies depending on destination, could be up to 45 days.) Other shipping methods can be discussed.
