Return Policy
Due to personalization, we only accept returns on Blank Certificates. However, Your Satisfaction is our Goal and if there is a problem with the Certificate we will work it out with you. Guaranteed :-) Generally, if the Blank Certificate is returned within 14 days in the same condition as you received it, and in the same shipping manner—secured between two pieces of sturdy cardboard in a manila envelope, we will be happy to refund your full payment of the item, after you email us the Delivery Confirmation number of the mailed item. We will send you payment for the return shipping cost in a separate payment to your Paypal account. Thank you :-)
Payment and Shipping
We welcome payment with Credit Card through Paypal, other Paypal Services, or Pay by Mail (email us your Order and say you are paying by mail) with a Personal Check (with 10 BUSINESS day waiting period), Money Order or Cashiers Check, in U.S. funds. If you order a Blank Certificate, but request that it be printed. We reserve the right to adjust the mailing cost of that Certificate to 1st Class Mail instead of Priority Mail.
Buyer pays U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation postage/handling cost of $7.95. International First Class Mail shipped Worldwide $13.95. We Welcome International Buyer's :-)
Each Certificate is mailed inside a white protective envelope that is placed between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and securely taped to make it rigid for delivery. This is not a State Certified License or Certificate.
This item will ship approx. 4-5 BUSINESS days after customer approval of wording and payment clears. We will notify you when the Certificate is mailed. Allow another 3 BUSINESS days for Priority Mail delivery. International First Class Mail shipped Worldwide (delivery time varies depending on destination, could be up to 45 days.)
